E. 2018 374 Award RFP 19 006 Traffic Signal & Fiber Adjustment to the lowest bidder Bass Signal Corp., 251 Industrial Park Dr., Milledgeville, Ga. for $244,900.00 funded by 2016 SPLOST and authorize the Mayor to execute any related documents.

F. 2018 377 Approval to award RFP 19 007 for the replacement of eight (8) cardiac monitors, in the amount of $220,647.75 funded from CIP, to Physio Control, Inc. 11811 Willows Rd. NE, Redmond, Washington and to allow Finance to amend the budget appropriately and authorize the Mayor to execute necessary documents.

G. 2018 378 Approval to award RFP 19 008 of Fire Engine 5, in the amount of $548,727.00 funded by the Vehicle Replacement Fund, to Ten 8 Fire Safety Equipment, 1591 Collier Rd., Forsyth, Ga. 31029, utilizing the Fire Rescue Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) through the National Purchasing Partners Government Division (NPPGov), and allow Finance to amend the budget appropriately and authorize the Mayor to execute necessary documents.
