Chef Mark will demonstrate essential knife skills. Then we will have a tasting of Crockpot Chicken, Fresh Vegetables, Wild Mushrooms and Leeks with Jasmine Rice. A question and answer portion will follow.
Bio: Chef Mark Milliron owns and runs, Dining In, an in-home catering/personal chef business. Chef Mark is a graduate of the esteemed Culinary Institute of America and has worked in the hospitality field for over 30 years.
