E. 2019 434 Approval of "The Secrets of Smyrna," an entertaining, historical street theatre tour of Smyrna's most interesting places and the stories of some of Smyrna's citizens of yesteryear hosted by the Smyrna Arts Council and scripted and performed by Atlanta Theatre To Go, a professional theatre company and non profit 501(c)(3) organization. The Secrets of Smyrna is proposed to take place on Saturday, October 17 and Sunday, October 18,
2020 from 5:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. consisting of three 45 minute walking tours of various downtown locations and one street closure – Memorial Place between Church Street and Atlanta Road, adjacent to the Smyrna
