C. ORD2019 11 Approval to amend the City of Smyrna Code of Ordinances, Chapter 98 by adding section 98 41 regulating storage and use of Shareable Mobility Devices on Public right of way.
D. RES2019 03 Approval to Adopt Resolution 2019 03 designating Concord Linear Park as a Restaurant District, expanding the borders of the Smyrna Market Village Restaurant District to include the Gazebo area adjacent to the Arboretum, and to connect the Smyrna Market Village Restaurant District with the Belmont Hills Restaurant District by way of the multi use trail on Atlanta Road.
E. 2019 184 Approval of the Ward 5 appointment to the Smyrna Housing Authority, Ryan Campbell to complete the existing five year term to expire May 2023.

Council Meetings: The Mayor and Council of Smyrna meet in open session at 7:00 p.m on the 1st and 3rd Monday night of each month unless altered by a holiday.* Meetings are held in the council chambers located in this building (2800 King Street). Agendas will be prepared in advance, posted and available in the City Clerk’s office or online on the Friday prior to the scheduled meeting.
Pre-Council Meeting Work Sessions will be held before scheduled Council Meetings beginning at 6:00 p.m. on the 1st and 3rd Monday night of each month unless altered by a holiday.* Meetings will be held in the 2nd floor conference room in this building (2800 King Street). The City may discuss but not take action on other items as time permits.
Committee of the Whole / Agenda Meetings are usually held on the Thursday at 6:00 p.m. immediately preceding the regularly scheduled Council meetings unless otherwise indicated. Committee of the Whole agendas are prepared in advance and will be posted along with the Council meeting Preliminary agenda. Meetings are held in the first floor HR conference room.(2800 King Street). The City may discuss but not take action on other items as time permits.
