Join Abby this spring for a seasonal wellness workshop featuring gentle chair yoga, a discussion on spring foods, a traditional Chinese medicine approach to seasonal balance, and a few simple morning rituals to stay aligned with the rhythm of spring! This workshop is accessible to all- no previous yoga or wellness experience required!
Presenter Bio: Abby is the founder of Rooted In Resilience Yoga + Wellness, a yoga teacher, and health coach who helps people slow down and reconnect through movement, seasonal living, and nervous system health- especially during times of stress or burnout. Yoga started as a personal healing journey and later became a passion for helping others build resilience in every day life.
