Are you entertaining this holiday season? Attend this workshop to level up your charcuterie skills. Toni Hewitt, owner of Graze Craze Cumberland will discuss:
• Selecting cheeses, meats, fruits, and accompaniments
• Creating visual balance, color, and texture on a board
• Portion planning for gatherings
• Holiday entertaining tips and trends
Toni will include a live assembly of a charcuterie board from start to finish. She will conclude with an audience Q&A.
Toni Hewitt is the owner of Graze Craze Cumberland, a locally owned charcuterie boutique specializing in elevated grazing boards, boxes, and catering experiences for corporate events, celebrations, and everyday gatherings. Prior to becoming an entrepreneur, Toni spent more than 25 years in technology and financial services, leading teams and managing large-scale initiatives. Combining her passion for hospitality, creativity, and community engagement, she enjoys teaching others how to create beautiful and approachable charcuterie displays that make entertaining both memorable and stress-free.
