The age old question: which was better, the books or the movie? Here's your chance to decide with our "Which Was Better?" family movie series. Each month we'll show a movie adapted from a well-known children's picture or chapter book. Bring a blanket and a snack and sit back and enjoy a book brought to life. 

This month's movie: The One and Only Ivan (PG)
Ivan the gorilla spends his days in a small, lonely cage, wondering about his origins and details of his unknown past. After befriending Stella the elephant, the two devise a scheme to escape from their confinement in search of freedom and the truth. Based on the book by Katherine Applegate.
