Celebrate Black History Month with a reading of Parker looks up: an extraordinary moment by Parker Curry. Explore the artist featured in the book and use some of those techniques to create a portrait of your own family.
Use any of our featured illustrators from our Black History Month celebration as inspiration for your family portrait. Email a copy of your portrait to Mrs. Rebecca or drop it off at the Library's curbside pick-up table. Remember to include your name and email address so that we can contact you should you be the selected winner. Winners will be selected contacted on Monday, March 1st.
