We will go over various journaling styles to find your most effective strategy for unearthing stories, feelings, and ideas. Along the way, you'll learn more about what journaling can do for your mental well-being.<br><br><strong>Instructor: Amber Brock, novelist</strong><br>Amber Brock is the author of the adult historical novels <em>A Fine Imitation</em> and <em>Lady Be Good</em>. A native of South Carolina, she came to Georgia to pursue graduate work at the University of Georgia. She moved to Atlanta in 2006 to teach high school and has taught at several local private schools. She lives in Buckhead with her husband and their rescue dogs.
