Smyrna’s historic Reed House (circa 1910) sits on 3.6 acres of landscaped property. At more than 4,500 square feet, the stunning two story home was designed by the world renowned architect Leila Ross Wilburn. Among its many unique features are a large 50’ x 15’ front porch, a distinctive porte-cochere (drive-under carriage gate), numerous leaded glass windows, oak paneled interior walls, window seats, a large warming kitchen, room for a DJ/dancing and much more. The upstairs rooms can be used as dressing rooms or additional event space. With its indoor and outdoor features, the Reed House will be perfect for many types of events. (Please note that the house can accommodate 100-135 mingling throughout the house; however, you cannot seat that many guests or have that many in any one room.)
