Tues., Feb. 4, 2025 – The pavilion covering the playground is being removed in advance of coming work to be performed on the playground, which includes added amenity. Once the pavilion is removed and in advance of the coming work, the playground will be available for use, but will be uncovered. To learn more about the new playground and other things happening in the area of the water feature close to the Library at Village Green Park, please attend the Feb. 13, 2025 Town Hall Meeting at City Hall from 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm – 2800 King Street, Smyrna, Ga 30080.

The Village Green Park is part of the Village Green Park area, open green space, and seating areas provide a common meeting ground within the downtown district. A playground for toddlers is located near the Library. An arboretum and pond are located near the Community Center. Parking is available at the Library and Community Center. 

The adjacent water feature is currently closed for repairs. We thank you for your patience as new and great things are coming to this location.
