REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS RFP # 22-024 (Re-Bid)

TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP AND RELOCATION OF AUNT FANNY’S CABIN

The City of Smyrna is requesting proposals for the transfer of ownership and relocation of Aunt Fanny’s Cabin located at 2875 Atlanta Road SE, Smyrna, GA 30080.  Sealed Proposals will be received at the City of Smyrna Purchasing Division, 2800 King Street SE, Smyrna, GA 30080 before 10:00 AM on Wednesday, March 16, 2022.  Proposals must be received no later than the date and time indicated. 

QUESTIONS: All questions or requests for additional information must reference RFP 22-024 Transfer of Ownership and Relocation of Aunty Fanny’s Cabin and must be submitted by noon on Wednesday, March 2, 2022 to Kelly Brown, Purchasing Manager at kbrown@smyrnaga.gov.  Answers to questions will be posted on the City of Smyrna website.  After the RFP is issued, no contact will be permitted between bidders and any other City staff members or elected officials until after bid award, except through the Purchasing Department. The City of Smyrna reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Proposals and award in the best interest of the City.

*Proposals for this project were previously due on Tuesday, February 1, 2022.  The City did not receive a proposal that was responsive to the requirements in the RFP.  The City of Smyrna Mayor and Council have elected to extend the time for proposals until 10:00 AM on Wednesday, March 16, 2022,  to allow additional time for response.
