The City of Smyrna, Georgia is seeking sealed proposals for a turnkey metal roof replacement at the Smyrna Public Works facility located at 2190 Atlanta Road, Smyrna, GA 30080.  The metal roof system is approximately 26,200 SF. 

Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment and services for all performed work.

Sealed Proposals are due to the Purchasing Division on Tuesday, October 29, 2019 by 10:00 a.m. at City Hall, 2800 King Street, Smyrna, GA 30080.  The proposals will be publicly opened in the HR Training Room on the first floor.

 There is a Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, October 11, 2019 at Smyrna Public Works, 2190 Atlanta Road SE, Smyrna, GA 30080.
