REQUEST FOR BIDS FOR
TOLLESON PARK & ROSE GARDEN PARK
TENNIS COURT RESURFACING

The City of Smyrna is requesting proposals from qualified contractors to resurface six (6) tennis courts located at Tolleson Park, 3530 King Springs Road, Smyrna, GA 30080 and two (2) tennis courts located at Rose Garden Park, 1870 Teasley Street, Smyrna, GA 30080.
Sealed Proposals are due to the Purchasing Division no later than 10:00 AM on Monday, March 13, 2023, at City Hall, 2800 King Street, Smyrna, GA 30080. The proposals will be publicly opened in the Human Resources Training Room on the first floor.

The City of Smyrna uses an e-procurement system for electronic solicitation through BidNet Direct and the proposal documents are available on BidNet’s Georgia Purchasing Group website via the City of Smyrna Purchasing Department’s Web Portal for Sealed Bids at https://www.bidnetdirect.com/georgia/cityofsmyrna. You may also request bid documents by sending company contact information to swhiddon@smyrnaga.gov.

QUESTIONS: All questions or requests for additional information must reference RFP 23-018 and must be submitted by 12 noon Friday, March 3rd, 2023, to Starla Whiddon, Purchasing Technician, City of Smyrna, 2800 King Street, Smyrna, GA 30080. Email questions or inquires shall be submitted to swhiddon@smyrnaga.gov. Addenda will be posted on BidNet Direct and City of Smyrna website.
The City of Smyrna reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals and award in the best interest of the City.
