Competitive Sealed Proposals will be received at the City of Smyrna Purchasing Department, 2800 King Street, Smyrna, GA 30080, no later than 11:00 AM on Monday, April 10, 2023.  The proposal submissions may be emailed to the Purchasing Manager at kbrown@smyrnaga.gov.   Proposals must be received no later than the time and date indicated. 

Proposals are being received for supplying Two (2) Water Distribution Cargo Vans, per specifications for the Smyrna Water Distribution Department. 

RFP documents may be obtained by sending an email with company contact information to Kelly Brown, Purchasing Manager at kbrown@smyrnaga.gov. 

QUESTIONS: All questions or request for additional information must reference RFP 23-025 and must be submitted by noon Monday, April 3, 2023.  All questions and answers will be sent to all bidders. After the Proposal submission deadline, no contact will be permitted between bidders and any other City staff members or elected officials except through the Purchasing Department. The Purchasing Department office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.  The phone number is 678-631-5406.
