The City of Smyrna is seeking the services of a licensed, qualified, and experienced holiday lighting and decorations contractor to provide lighting and decorations in select areas for the 2023 holiday season.

Proposals are due to the Purchasing Division before 2:00 PM on Monday, September 18, 2023, at City Hall, 2800 King Street, Smyrna, GA 30080.

A pre-bid & site walk meeting will be held on Wednesday, September 6, 2023, at 11:00 am in the HR Conference Room at Smyrna City Hall, 2800 King Street, Smyrna, GA 30080.

QUESTIONS: All questions or request for additional information must reference RFP 24-009 Holiday Lighting & Decorations and must be submitted via email to Kelly Brown at kbrown@smyrnaga.gov by 12:00 noon, Monday, September 11, 2023.  Addenda will be posted on BidNet Direct and City of Smyrna website. 

The City of Smyrna reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals and award in the best interest of the City.
