The City of Smyrna is requesting Sealed Proposals for Landscape Maintenance Services. All Landscape Maintenance contract services shall be provided on a weekly basis Monday through Friday, excluding major Holidays, determined by the City prior to commencement of the contract, at all locations specified in the Scope of Work unless otherwise noted as exceptions. The Landscape Maintenance work will include, but is not limited to, grass cutting, edging, sweeping, weeding, pruning and trimming, mulching, aeration and dethatching, fire ant control, irrigation, annual bed planting, trash removal throughout City outdoor areas, and fertilization and weed control.

Proposals are due to the City of Smyrna Purchasing Division, 2800 King Street, Smyrna, GA 30080, no later than 10:00 AM on Wednesday, January 8, 2020.

There will be a Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference on Thursday, December 19, 2019 at 10:00 AM at City Hall, HR Training Room, 2800 King Street, Smyrna, GA. Bidders assume responsibility for familiarization with all areas to be maintained in this contract as outlined in the Scope of Work.
