Smyrna, Georgia is seeking bids for a unit-price contract to construct the WINDY HILL BOULEVARD project.  The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, widening and reconstructing the existing 5-lane roadway between South Cobb Drive and Atlanta Road. The proposed roadway will include four express lanes to facilitate east/west through traffic; 1-lane frontage roads in each direction to accommodate local traffic; bicycle lanes; and pedestrian trails. The project will also include two bridges strategically placed to provide local vehicular and pedestrian traffic the ability to traverse the express lanes.

UPDATED:  Sealed Bids are due before 10:00 AM on Tuesday, February 18, 2020.  

Bid packages and flash drives can be purchased for $200 with a company check or money order made payable to CROY ENGINEERING, located at 200 North Cobb Parkway, Building 400, Suite 413, Marietta, GA  30062.

There will be a Mandatory pre-bid conference held at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, January 08, 2020, in the Human Resources Conference Room on the First Floor of City Hall at 2800 King Street.
