Due to ongoing concerns regarding the Coronavirus disease (COVID-19), the City has made the decision to postpone RFP 20-018 Door Locking System for Parks until we are able to schedule a pre-proposal meeting and site visits.

The City of Smyrna is requesting proposals for an updated automated locking system for public restrooms located in multiple parks throughout the City. A list of park locations is included in the specifications.

Proposals are due to the Purchasing Division on Wednesday, March 25, 2020 before 10:00 AM at City Hall, 2800 King Street, Smyrna, GA 30080. The proposals will be publicly opened in the Human Resources Training Room on the first floor.

Proposal documents may be obtained by sending an email with company contact information to Kelly Brown, Purchasing Manager at kbrown@smyrnaga.gov.

**There is a pre-bid meeting/site visit on Wednesday, March 11, 2020 at 9:00 AM in the Human Resources Conference Room located at Smyrna City Hall, 2800 King Street SE, Smyrna, GA 30080. The park locations will be toured following the meeting. THE PRE-BID MEETING HAS BEEN CANCELED AND WILL BE RESCHEDULED FOR A LATER DATE.
