The City of Smyrna is seeking bids for a unit price contract to construct a 44-space surface parking lot at 2688 Atlanta Road. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, demolition of existing parking area and site elements, grading, sanitary sewer, potable water, curb & gutter, asphalt paving, striping, concrete paving, parking lot lighting, storm sewer piping and water quality.

Sealed Bids are due to the Purchasing Division no later than 2:00 PM on Friday, March 21, 2025, at City Hall, 2800 King Street, Smyrna, GA 30080.  The proposals will be publicly opened in the Human Resources Training Room on the first floor.

The City of Smyrna uses an e-procurement system for electronic solicitation through BidNet’s Georgia Purchasing Group. The Bid and Contract Documents are available on BidNet’s Georgia Purchasing Group website via the City of Smyrna Purchasing Department’s Web Portal for Sealed Bids at https://www.bidnetdirect.com/georgia/cityofsmyrna.

There is a pre-bid meeting at 10:00 AM on Wednesday, March 12, 2025, in the Human Resources Conference Room, Smyrna City Hall, 2800 King Street SE, Smyrna, GA 30080.   

All questions or requests for additional information must reference RFQ 25-022 and must be submitted by 5:00 PM, Friday, March 14, 2025, to Kelly Brown at kbrown@smyrnaga.gov. 

The City of Smyrna reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids and award in the best interest of the City.
