The City of Smyrna, Georgia is seeking qualified vendors to provide an updated Feasibility Study to be performed on our current Recycling Center located at 3475 Lake Drive, Smyrna, GA 30082. Budget for project not to exceed $25,000.

Electronic Proposals are due before 2:00 PM on Friday, November 7th, 2025.
The City of Smyrna uses an e-procurement system for electronic solicitation through BidNet Direct and the bid documents are available on BidNet’s Georgia Purchasing Group website via the City of Smyrna Purchasing Department’s Web Portal for Sealed Proposals at https://www.bidnetdirect.com/georgia/cityofsmyrna.

QUESTIONS:
All questions or requests for additional information must reference RFP 26-010 and must be submitted by 5:00 PM on Monday, October 27, 2025, to Starla Whiddon, Purchasing Technician at swhiddon@smyrnaga.gov. Addenda will be posted on BidNet Direct and City of Smyrna website.
The City of Smyrna reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Proposals and award in the best interest of the City.
