The City of Smyrna is requesting sealed proposals for the Rose Garden Park Improvements located at Rose Garden Park, 1839 Turpin Road, Smyrna, GA 30080. The project includes the demolition of two pavilions, playground, sand volleyball court and associated infrastructure. Proposed improvements include a new pavilion, playground, plazas & hardscape, stormwater quality measures, ADA parking improvements, and associated infrastructure. Proposed alternates include a sand volleyball court, second pavilion, replacement of steps, seat walls, site furnishings, and water fountain. This is a Community Development Block Grant funded project. Davis-Bacon wage rates will apply.
One (1) original and one (1) copy of the proposal must be submitted to the Purchasing Division located at Smyrna City Hall, 2800 King Street SE, Smyrna, GA 30080 no later than 10:00 AM on Wednesday, January 14, 2026.
