ENERGY PERFORMANCE CONTRACTING SERVICES

The City of Smyrna is seeking to establish a partnership with a qualified Energy Services Company (ESCO) that is capable of providing a comprehensive system-wide infrastructure renewal including but not limited to energy and water efficiency improvements for facilities owned by the City.  “ESCO” refers to any NAESCO-accredited Energy Service Company that is qualified to provide a comprehensive/turnkey energy conservation program.

The Mandatory pre-response meeting has been CANCELED.

There is a Mandatory pre-response meeting scheduled for 10:00 A.M. on Wednesday, March 18, 2020 in the Human Resources Training Room at City Hall, 2800 King Street SE, Smyrna, GA 30080.  Site visits will follow.

Interested parties must submit sealed proposals including one (1) original, two (2) copies and one (1) flash drive to the City of Smyrna no later than 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, April 9, 2020.
