INVITATION TO SUBMIT PROPOSAL NO. RFP 20-023 

ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN SERVICES – COBB PARK 

The City of Smyrna is requesting Sealed Proposals for Architectural Design Services for Cobb Park located at 950 Powder Springs Street, Smyrna, GA 30080.   

This is a Community Development Block Grant funded project. 

Proposals must be submitted to the Purchasing Division located at Smyrna City Hall, 2800 King Street SE, Smyrna, GA 30080 no later than 10:00 A.M. on Monday, April 13, 2020.

To obtain proposal documents, please submit an email with company name and contact information to Kelly Brown, kbrown@smyrnaga.gov. 

There is a pre-bid meeting scheduled for 10:00 A.M. on Friday, March 27, 2020 in the Jonquil Room at the Smyrna Community Center, 200 Village Green Circle, Smyrna, Georgia 30080.  Site visits will follow.
