REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

COMMUNITY CENTER PHASE II RENOVATION

The City of Smyrna is seeking sealed proposals for a unit-price contract for renovation of the Community Center main level, men’s and women’s locker rooms, restrooms and shower rooms located at 200 Village Green Circle, Smyrna, GA 30080. This is a Community Development Block Grant funded project. 

One (1) original and two (2) copies of the Proposal must be submitted to the Purchasing Division no later than 10:00 AM on Friday, May 15, 2020.    

Due to the COVID-19 crisis, we will schedule site visits on Tuesday, April 28 and Wednesday, April 29, 2020 with one or two contractors per time slot between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM.  Please contact Kelly Brown, Purchasing Manager at kbrown@smyrnaga.gov to schedule a site visit.  

Bid packages and construction plans may be obtained by registering on our e-procurement system BidNet Direct.  Bidders will be provided an Electronic Data File Transfer, User and Indemnification Agreement from Foley Design to acquire construction drawings.
