The City of Smyrna is seeking sealed competitive quotations for an annual unit price contract for miscellaneous Concrete Work. The City of Smyrna anticipates project work of no more than $250,000.00 annually.  The City anticipates to award to one (1) primary and up to two (2) secondary responsive and responsible Bidders.

Quotations are due to the Purchasing Division before 11:00 AM on Tuesday, August 3, 2021 at City Hall, 2800 King Street, HR Training Room, at which time they will be publicly opened.  This is a sealed bid and electronic bid submissions are not accepted.  Quotations must be delivered to the address listed above no later than the time and date indicated. 

There is no pre bid meeting scheduled for this quotation.

The City of Smyrna uses an e-procurement system for electronic solicitation through BidNet Direct and the proposal documents are available on BidNet’s Georgia Purchasing Group website via the City of Smyrna Purchasing Department’s Web Portal for Sealed Bids at https://www.bidnetdirect.com/georgia/cityofsmyrna.  You may also request bid documents by sending an email with company contact information to kbrown@smyrnaga.gov.
