Downtown Improvements - Site and Roadway 

Smyrna, Georgia is seeking bids for a unit-price contract to construct DOWNTOWN IMPROVEMENTS - SITE AND ROADWAY.  The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, realignment and extension of King St., installation of storm pipe with associated structures, intersection improvements, sidewalk, traffic signal, utility relocation coordination, site regrading and associated work.  The contract time is 12 months.

Bid packages will be provided via email download link and can be requested from CROY ENGINEERING.  Requests can be made via email to zstrickland@croyeng.com or by calling 770-971-5407.  A MANDATORY Pre-bid Meeting will be held on Wednesday, 01/12/2022 at 10:00 am in the HR Training Room at City Hall.

Bid opening will be at 10:00 A.M Wednesday, January 26, 2022, HR Training Room, Smyrna City Hall.  The City of Smyrna has the right to accept and/or reject any and all bids.
