The City of Smyrna is requesting proposals from qualified firms/event planners to coordinate and manage onsite a new City of Smyrna event/festival titled “Culture & Spirit,” a one to two-day celebration around the City of Smyrna Birthday Celebration in early October 2022. The event/festival is to include dance, music, other cultural attractions with a beer/wine/mead/”Spirit” Garden taking place from 11:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 8, 2022 in the Market Village, around City Hall area and the additional spaces in the downtown during the main City Birthday Celebration event (5:00 pm to 10:00 pm event/concert) in downtown Smyrna, GA.

Proposals for Culture & Spirit Event/Festival will be received at the City of Smyrna Purchasing Department, 2800 King Street, Smyrna, GA 30080, no later than 2:00 p.m. on Friday, February 18, 2022, at which time the submitted proposals will be publicly opened.
