Wrecker/Towing Services for City of Smyrna

The City of Smyrna is seeking Proposals to obtain a qualified wrecker and tow service company for an annual Wrecker/Towing contract to recover both disabled City of Smyrna vehicles or equipment and to perform the services of Wrecker/Towing and storing of disabled motor vehicles or motor vehicles in violation of City or County Ordinances, State law or Federal Motor Carrier Safety violations when so directed by the City of Smyrna Police Department or the Fleet Department at Public Works. 

The Contractor shall transport vehicles and equipment to a secure compound provided by the Contractor within the City limits.  Contractor shall have the resources and ability to recover the vehicle/equipment under any circumstances.   Contractor shall also maintain a lockable/weatherproof storage area for vehicles which have evidentiary value.

Sealed Proposals are due  to the Purchasing Office at City Hall before 5:00 p.m. on Monday, February 21, 2022.  Proposals received after this time will not be opened or considered.
