Smyrna, Georgia is seeking bids for a Design-Build contract to construct the Smyrna Splash Pad / Sprayground.  The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, a new splash pad / sprayground area.  The design includes two splash pads, flexible lawn spaces, numerous shade structures / picnic areas, lounging areas, gravel parking area, and restroom / concession area. The contract time is 9 months. 

RFQ packages will be provided via email download link and can be requested from Comprehensive Program Services (CPS).  Requests can be made via email to brichey@cps-atlanta.com.  A MANDATORY Site-walk Meeting will be held on Tuesday, 02/15/2022 at 9:30 am at 6043 Oakdale Rd SE, Mableton, GA 30126.

Submittal deadline will be at 5:00 P.M Friday, March 4, 2022, Purchasing, Smyrna City Hall, 2800 King Street, Smyrna, GA 30080.  A representative of the company submitting the Statement of Qualifications must sign bids in ink.  The City of Smyrna has the right to accept and/or reject any and all submittals.
