City Arborist • Lacey Fournier, ISA Certified Arborist # GO-0023A
The City Arborist is responsible for overseeing the plan review and permitting processes regarding the City's tree/vegetation ordinance (Chapter 106).
Trees are vital for both the environment and human well-being, offering a multitude of benefits including clean air and water, climate regulation, and support for biodiversity. They provide essential resources, improve public health, and enhance community well-being. It is our goal to preserve as many healthy, mature trees as possible and to remove any tree which is deemed dead, dying, or hazardous.
