Public Schools
Public schools serving the City of Smyrna are among the best in the nation. Smyrna schools are managed by the Cobb County School District, and they include eight (8) public elementary schools, two (2) public secondary schools, one (1) public high school and one (1) public charter school. In 2010, Campbell High School ranked 568 in Newsweek's America's Best High Schools; only six percent of all public schools in the country made the list. Educators and students alike are supported by the recently incorporated Smyrna Education Foundation.
