Dashboards have been created using Tableau Public, a free platform for visualizing public data.

Updates 

Dashboards are updated monthly and set by default to the most recent period (month) with finalized data. 

Financials 

Data published here are unaudited records. The city’s Annual Comprehensive Financial Reports (ACFR) may be found here.

Interpreting the Data 

On some dashboards, percent of fiscal year passed is provided for context. Generally speaking, we might expect expenditures or revenues to coincide with the percent of fiscal year passed. In practice, we know seasonality in revenues or purchases will cause some fluctuation throughout the fiscal year. Prior year comparisons show how current year actuals are consistent with or departing from historical trends.
