City of Smyrna provides water, sewer, and sanitation/recycling services in certain areas of the city. Click here to see if you live inside city limits.  

Applications

Please click on the title to download the application. The completed application must be emailed to water@smyrnaga.gov. Proper documents and photo identification must be attached to process your application. 

• Residential Water / Sanitation
  If the address you are applying for is inside our service area or inside city limits, this application will start service for water, sewer and sanitation. If you have a septic tank and are not on city sewer, this application will start service for water and sanitation only.

• Temporary Water / Sanitation
  Temporary service is available for a property management company, landlord or property owner with an address in our service area that is vacant and for sale or for rent. Please note the City of Smyrna does not offer a perpetual landlord agreement.

• Commercial Application
  If the address you are applying for is zoned commercial, please fill out this application. City of Smyrna will bill for water and storm water only. For sanitation services, please contact Waste Management at 678-631-5338.

Disconnect Utility Services

To disconnect your service, please complete the cancellation form and either email it to water@smyrnaga.gov or deliver it in person to the Utility Department. Be sure to include the service address, desired disconnection date, and a forwarding address for your final bill.
