Fitness Classes

 

20-Twenty-20 with Yvette

20-Twenty-20 is a one-hour workout that covers all the elements of fitness: cardio, strength and flexibility, in three 20- minute segments.  You will need to bring a mat for the flexibility segment, which will include elements of Yoga. The cardio and strength segments will utilize your body weight while doing calisthenics exercises.

Please bring a mat and a filled water bottle.

Meets Monday and Friday 8:30 am – 9:30 am and Wednesday and Thursday evenings at 6:30 - 7:30 pm. Classes will meet at the Smyrna Community Center.

Class Fee: $5/class

Flex Therapy

Flex Therapy provides stretches that help improve flexibility, strengthening of pelvic floor muscles, stability and balance as well as develop a deeper calm through breathwork technique and pressure points. Experience this wonderful class at beginner- intermediate level.

Meets Tuesdays, March 4th - April 8th,  8:15PM - 9:15PM. Classes will meet at the Smyrna Community Center.

Class Fee: $60 for full 6 week session or $12 daily drop-ins

Dimensions - Ladies Dance Workshop 

Where women can embrace their own creative dimensions through music! Learn creative movements, jazz, urban, contemporary, lyrical, body isolations, heels & hair-ology!

Meets last Saturday of every month through August, 6PM - 7:30PM. Classes will meet at the Smyrna Community Center.

Class Fee: $25 per class

Latin Social Dancing Workshop

Students learn Salsa fundamentals, the dance mechanics and stylings of Bachata, Cha-Cha basics and the fundamentals of Argentine Tango.

Meets Saturdays, March 8th - April 12th, 4PM- 5:30PM. Classes will meet at the Smyrna Community Center.

Class Fee: $25 per class
