The Building Maintenance Division is responsible for repairs and maintenance of 19 city buildings.  This division employees three staff members and is supervised by the Building Maintenance Supervisor. The Building Maintenance division is located at the Public Works Complex, 2190 Atlanta Road, Smyrna, Georgia.
