A strong advocate for education, Mayor Derek Norton proudly hosts the annual Mayor's Education Awards in the spring of each school year.  Going strong since 2006, the awards honor outstanding students from Smyrna area schools for their outstanding academic achievements, dedication, leadership, character, and contributions to our community.
