The Racial Trust Building Training Workshops are a facilitated series of workshops for community members designed to create a safe and open environment where participants have the opportunity to engage in honest and meaningful discussions about race. These workshops aim to promote understanding, raise awareness, and foster dialogue about the challenges and experiences related to race within the community.

The next series of workshops will take place in February 2025. Trustbuilding, Inc. Executive Director Chalton Askew will be facilitating the Level 1 and Level 2 workshops.

Level 1: Monday, February 3, 2025, 4:30-8:30 PM

The level 1 workshop will focus on foundation setting and local history.

Level 2: Monday, February 24, 2025, 4:30-8:30 PM

The level 2 workshop will focus on developing skillsets to participate in and lead dialogues on race, reconciliation, and equity.

Dinner will be served at both workshops.
